When we are pregnant, it’s easy to consume a lot of material about the physical changes in our own body or track the progress of our growing baby (it’s always good to know when your baby is the size of an avocado, right!?)
If we are adopting, we may consume books on connection and family bonding.
I am a researcher at heart- so I geeked out on this stuff as a new mom. 🤓
But, the resource recommend to you today is a great way to prep YOUR HEART.
Because of the difficulties that come with all the new changes in our lives, the rhetoric of culture, or the peer pressure from friends- the EASIEST default mom mode is to complain. (I get it. I’ve struggled with that as recently as this week!)
